Welcome to Big Sky NSTRA
"The Big Sky Region is proud to announce it will be hosting the 2012 National Purina Endurance Classic Trial September 5-8,2012 in Lewistown Montana." Including last year this will be the sixth time we have had the privilge to host this prestegious national trial. We will also host a pre-trial to the Endurance on September 1-2. The Big Sky Region has a reputation for sponsoring fun, competitive family friendly events that extend our time in the field with our best friends. We provide an opportunity for pointing dog lovers to get together and enjoy their dogs. New members and guests are always welcome. The Big Sky Region was created in 2000. Our first NSTRA Trial was held on January 8th, 2000 in Lewistown, Montana. We host qualifing Field Trials in Montana and Wyoming and a yearly Regional Elimination Field Trial that qualifies dogs for the National Shoot to Retrieve Association Dog of the Year Field Trial held annually in Amo, Indiana.
